A grounding, warming tonic designed to support digestion, circulation, and liver flow while gently reducing bloating and inflammation.

This is not a cleanse.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 organic lemon, whole

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, skin on

  • 2 tbsp high quality extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp raw, unfiltered honey

  • 3 cups filtered water

  • Pinch of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash the lemon thoroughly

  • Wash the ginger root thoroughly to remove dirt and debris.

  • Roughly chop the lemon (peel included) into smaller pieces.

  • Roughly slice or chop the ginger.

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  • Blend until fully broken down and emulsified.

  • Strain completely through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
    (Do not skip this step. The pulp is too fibrous and concentrated to consume daily.)

  • Pour into a glass mason jar with lid and refrigerate.

STORAGE

  • Store in a sealed mason jar in the refrigerator.

  • Use within 7 days.

  • Shake gently before pouring, as natural separation will occur.

  • You can drink this cold, or warm it up. It’s your preference.

NOTES FROM MY TABLE

  1. Drink ½ cup once daily

  2. Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach

  3. Wait 20–30 minutes before coffee or food

  4. Use for 7 consecutive days, then reduce to 2–4 times per week if desired

    Do NOT drink the entire batch at once.
