ELDERBERRY CONCENTRATE
INGREDIENTS
½ cup elderberries
48 ounces water (to start)
1 slice lemon
1 cinnamon stick
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot, bring the water, elderberries, lemon slice, and cinnamon stick to a boil.
Let boil for about 15 minutes, adding extra water if too much reduces.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Strain (optional, depending on preference).
Transfer to a carafe or jar and refrigerate.

Immune Boost Shot: Take 1 small shot of concentrate when you’re not feeling well.
Cold Brew Tea: Mix 1 cup elderberry concentrate with 2 cups cold water. Add honey and a lemon slice.
Refreshing Mocktail: Combine 1 cup sparkling water, 1 cup elderberry concentrate, and ½ cup pineapple or orange juice.
Breakfast Elixir: Blend 1 cup elderberry concentrate with 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice. Garnish with an orange slice.
Healing Hot Tea (most important): Mix equal parts concentrate and hot water. Add honey and lemon for comfort when sick.
