SINUS-CLEARING HERBAL TEA

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups hot water

  • 1–2 slices fresh ginger

  • 2 cloves of garlic, lightly crushed (optional but powerful)

  • 1–2 fresh thyme sprigs

  • 1 small rosemary sprig

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey

  • Optional: tiny pinch cayenne

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Bring water to a gentle boil

  2. Place ginger, garlic, thyme, and rosemary into a mug or heat-safe jar

  3. Pour hot water over the herbs

  4. Cover and let steep 8–10 minutes to trap the oils

  5. Inhale the steam slowly for a few breaths before uncovering

  6. Strain if desired

  7. Stir in lemon juice and honey

  8. Add cayenne only if you want deeper sinus opening

  9. Sip slowly while warm


NOTES FROM MY TABLE

  1. After drinking, lean over the mug and breathe in the remaining steam

  2. Best enjoyed warm, especially in the evening or when pressure is heavy
