We are a small business and strive to create the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing products.
Please be aware that most items are handmade from scratch and we handle them with great care.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to accept cancellations on orders placed. Please be sure of your order before you purchase. Please contact us with concerns. We will take good care of you.
SHIPPING
Current processing times vary depending on demand. Up-to-date processing and shipping times are always stated on the home and/or checkout page.
Once shipped, you can expect your order within 2-5 days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders.
All orders will arrive beautifully packaged via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Please be aware that we have no control over delivery time once it has been dropped at the carrier.
We are not responsible for delayed packages once they have been received at the carrier.
Digital downloads will be emailed to you upon purchase. They expire after 30 days so make sure you save them after purchasing. If you forget, we are able to resend you links for digital downloads that have been purchased.
Please only purchase if you are willing to accept these terms.
CUSTOMS + IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or cancellations. All orders placed are final. If there is a concern with your item (ie; damanged upon arrival), please contact us with images of the damage.
Beautiful, aesthetic and superior products are of the highest priority to us and we create items by hand with attention to detail. Although we strive for perfection, some items may have slight imperfections.
