INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz quality bourbon or rye

  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Pour bourbon or rye into a heavy rocks glass.

    • Serve neat or with one large clear ice cube, depending on preference.

  2. Take a fresh rosemary sprig and gently clap it between your hands to release the aromatic oils.

  3. Express the rosemary over the glass:

    • Lightly swipe the rim with the sprig.

    • Either rest it briefly in the glass or discard after expressing.

  4. Serve immediately.
